Yes. Both in the Kościelisko Settlement and in the Wojdyłówka Villa, the priority was architecture showcasing the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. In the Settlement, each of the independent houses is oriented towards the south, offering a view of Giewont and the Red Peaks. In the Wojdyłówka Villa, this view is available from most balconies and terraces.

Yes. Most of our apartments (including all in the Kościelisko Settlement) are equipped with cozy fireplaces. This is an ideal solution for evening relaxation. Details regarding the availability of firewood are provided to Guests in the information before arrival or in the property regulations.

Our facilities are located approximately 3 km from the very center of Zakopane (Krupówki). By car, the journey usually takes 8–10 minutes. For non-drivers, a great advantage is the proximity of a bus stop (especially near Willa Wojdyłówka), from where minibuses regularly run to Zakopane and to the entrances of the Tatra valleys.

Yes, we welcome pets! We are animal lovers and accept the stay of dogs and cats at both of our properties. We only ask that you notify us in advance if you are arriving with a pet. The Kościelisko area offers fantastic walking trails (e.g., Droga pod Reglami) where you can hike with your dog.

Osada Kościelisko is a place created for families. On the premises, there is a safe playground for the little ones. Additionally, large apartments with mezzanines provide children with private space to play, and fully equipped kitchens allow for the easy preparation of meals.

Our location is a "base camp" for the Western Tatras.

• Trails: Nearby are the entrances to the Kościeliska, Mała Łąka, and Chochołowska Valleys.
• Skiing: The closest lifts are the T-bar lifts at Chotarz and the Chotarz-Ski station. For more demanding skiers, the Witów-Ski station is about 10–15 minutes' drive away.
