Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we offer a variety of options that we deliver directly to your apartment at the time of your choice.

Our menu includes three main variants: standard, vegetarian, and sweet. The standard breakfast includes classic ingredients such as bread, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh vegetables.

The vegetarian option is full of colorful vegetables, healthy spreads, and other plant-based delicacies.

For those with a sweet tooth, we have prepared a sweet set that includes delicious pancakes, croissants, fruits, and jams.

Each option is carefully prepared to ensure you have energy and a good mood throughout the day.

The settlement offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, however, winter conditions can pose a challenge for unprepared drivers. We suggest that cars are equipped with chains and winter tires in winter.

Therefore, in the interest of the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and properly preparing the vehicle.

It is also worth remembering that in the case of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, travel may require additional time.

We do not have equipment for towing, and our staff works at designated hours.

Our houses are wooden, therefore grilling and smoking in the apartments is prohibited.

**Welcome kit in each apartment** – coffee, tea, and something sweet to make your first moments after arrival more pleasant.
- **Children's playground outside the Settlement** – swings, slides, playhouse, sandbox, for the youngest Guests to have plenty of fun outdoors.

- **Each apartment with a private entrance** – ensures complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

Additional attractions: In the area, you will find many attractions for the whole family, such as ski slopes, hiking trails, and local restaurants serving regional specialties.

Local fee: 3 PLN per person per night

Parking: free for apartment guests

Wi-Fi: free throughout the property

Laundry: service available for free on the premises

Additional cleaning: 200 PLN/service

Pets: allowed, but with prior notification and agreement of the property owner 60 PLN per night

Extension of the hotel stay: possible upon request, with prior notification and agreement of the property owner

Travel cot for a child with bedding 50 PLN/night

Deposit for damages - the full deposit will be refunded after checking the condition of the apartment at checkout.

Please note that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip the vehicle with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety when traveling to our property.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only by placing your VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
