Osada offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city; however, winter conditions may be challenging for unprepared drivers. We recommend that cars be equipped with snow chains and winter tires in winter.

Therefore, for the safety and comfort of our guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing your vehicle appropriately.

It is also worth remembering that in the event of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, the journey may require additional time.

We do not have recovery equipment, and our staff work during designated hours.

A damage deposit is collected on the day of check-in. The deposit will be returned within 2 days of check-out after the apartment has been inspected. The apartment key will be issued after the deposit has been paid.

Please remember that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended that vehicles be equipped with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety on the way to our property.

Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us of this during the reservation process. Please provide the details under which the invoice is to be issued, including the VAT identification number. You will be able to receive a VAT invoice only if we include the VAT identification number on the receipt. Failure to provide the VAT identification number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date
