The resort offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city; however, winter conditions may pose a challenge for unprepared drivers. We suggest that in winter, cars are equipped with chains and winter tires.

Therefore, in the interest of the safety and comfort of our Guests, we advise checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing the vehicle accordingly.

It is also worth remembering that in case of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, travel may require additional time.

We do not have equipment for pulling out vehicles, and our staff works during designated hours.

Our houses are wooden, thus barbecuing and smoking in the apartments is prohibited.

Deposit for damages 500.00 PLN (on site in cash) - the entire deposit will be refunded after checking the condition of the apartment upon check-out.

Please remember, that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip the vehicle with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety while traveling to our property.

According to Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data for which the invoice should be issued, along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date
