The property offers unforgettable views and comfortable rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but winter conditions may be challenging for drivers who are not prepared. We suggest that in winter cars be equipped with snow chains and winter tyres.

Therefore, for the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing the vehicle accordingly.

It is also worth remembering that in the event of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, the journey may require extra time.

We do not have towing/recovery equipment, and our staff works only during the designated hours.

Located close to a shop and a shuttle bus stop. Only 3 km to Zakopane.

A damage deposit is collected on the day of check-in. The deposit will be returned within 2 days after check-out, after the apartment has been checked. After the deposit is paid, a key to the apartment will be issued.

Please remember, that in winter, due to the location on a slope/elevation, it is recommended to equip the vehicle with snow chains and good tyres. This will ensure your safety when driving to our property.

Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/booking, you must inform us of this fact when making the booking. Please provide the details for the invoice to be issued, along with the NIP number. Only if we enter the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to obtain a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date
