The settlement offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, however, winter conditions can pose a challenge for unprepared drivers. We suggest that in winter cars are equipped with chains and winter tires.

Therefore, in the interest of the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and properly preparing the vehicle.

It is also worth remembering that in the event of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, travel may require additional time.

We do not have equipment for towing, and our staff works during designated hours.

Our houses are wooden, therefore grilling and smoking in the apartments is prohibited.

Additional attractions: In the area, you will find many attractions for the whole family, such as ski slopes, hiking trails, and local restaurants serving regional specialties.

Deposit for damages 500.00 PLN (cash on site) - the entire deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment upon check-out.

Please remember, that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip the vehicle with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety while driving to our property.

According to Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued, along with your VAT ID number. Only if we include your VAT ID number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide your VAT ID number during the booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
