The settlement offers unforgettable views and comfortable rest away from the city’s hustle and bustle, however winter conditions can be challenging for drivers who are not prepared. We recommend that in winter vehicles are equipped with snow chains and winter tires.

Therefore, for the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing the vehicle appropriately.

It is also worth remembering that in case of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, the journey may require additional time.

We do not have any towing/recovery equipment, and our staff works during the designated hours.

Our houses are made of wood, so grilling and burning in the apartments is prohibited.

A damage deposit is collected on the day of check-in. The deposit will be returned within 2 days after check-out, after the apartment has been inspected. After paying the deposit, the apartment key will be issued.

Please remember, that in winter, due to the location on a slope/elevation, it is recommended that the vehicle be equipped with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety during the drive to our property.

Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/booking, you must inform us of this during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice is to be issued, along with the NIP number. Only if we enter the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
