The estate offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the city, but winter conditions can challenge unprepared drivers. In winter, we recommend cars be equipped with chains and winter tyres.

For our Guests' safety and comfort, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing your vehicle properly.

Please also remember that heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions may make the journey take longer.

We do not have recovery equipment, and our staff work set hours.

Our houses are wooden, so barbecuing and smoking in the apartments are prohibited.

A damage deposit is collected on check-in. It will be returned within 2 days of checkout after the apartment is inspected. The apartment key will be issued once the deposit is paid.

Please remember, that in winter, due to our hillside location, snow chains and good tyres are recommended. This will ensure your safety on the way to our property.

Under Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you require a VAT invoice for your order/booking, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice, including your VAT number. A VAT invoice can only be issued if we include your VAT number on the receipt. Failure to provide your VAT number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
