The settlement offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city; however, winter conditions may be challenging for unprepared drivers. We suggest that cars be equipped with chains and winter tyres in winter.

Therefore, for the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and preparing your vehicle appropriately.

It is also worth remembering that in the event of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, the journey may require additional time.

We do not have recovery equipment, and our staff work during designated hours.

Our houses are wooden, therefore barbecuing and smoking in the apartments are prohibited.

Damage deposit - the full deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment. The apartment key will be issued after the deposit has been paid.

Important information

Please remember that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip your vehicle with snow chains and good tyres. This will ensure your safety on the way to our property.

Pursuant to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this during the booking process. Please provide the details on which the invoice should be issued, together with the NIP number. You will only be able to receive a VAT invoice if we include the NIP number on the receipt. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking - info

Parking so-called "one behind the other" + information with the phone number behind the windscreen For 4-person Apartments there is one parking space, and for 6 and 8-person apartments two parking spaces. In the case of arrival with more cars than mentioned above, we may ask Guests to park outside the Settlement. In the event of heavy snowfall, the number of parking spaces may be reduced. In all matters concerning the organization of parking, please contact the Settlement Hosts.

Children

Children up to 3 years of age stay in their parents' bed or, upon request, we provide a travel cot for PLN 50.00 per night. Children from 4 years of age are counted as fully paid.

Animals

Pet additionally pay 60 PLN / day
