The settlement offers unforgettable views and comfortable relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city; however, winter conditions can pose a challenge for unprepared drivers. We suggest that cars be equipped with chains and winter tires in winter.

Therefore, to ensure the safety and comfort of our Guests, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and properly preparing the vehicle.

It is also worth remembering that in the case of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, the journey may require additional time.

We do not have equipment for extraction, and our staff operates during designated hours.

Our houses are wooden, so grilling and smoking in the apartments are prohibited.

• Please remember, that in winter, due to the location on a hill, it is recommended to equip your vehicle with snow chains and good tires. This will ensure your safety when getting to our facility.

  According to Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
