Damage deposit collected on check-in day. The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out following an apartment inspection. The apartment key will be issued after the deposit is paid.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if the NIP number is included on the receipt by us will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date
